The Impact100 Southern Indiana Sistership Program is designed to make membership in Impact100 Southern Indiana more accessible to women who are passionate about our mission but may not yet be in a position to make the full $1,000 annual membership contribution.

The Sistership Program provides a pathway to membership by gradually increasing a member’s financial contribution over three years. Through this program, we hope to broaden the diversity of our membership, encourage lifelong philanthropic engagement among women, and welcome individuals whose unique experiences, perspectives, talents, and strengths will enrich our organization and strengthen our collective impact.

The Sistership Program is made possible through the Impact100 Southern Indiana Endowment Fund. This fund allows us to invest in women who are committed to becoming active, engaged members of our organization while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the program.

As a Sistership Member, you will enjoy all of the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of a full Impact100 Southern Indiana member—including the opportunity to learn about local nonprofits, participate in the grant review process, and cast your vote to help determine which transformational projects receive funding.

The Sistership Program reflects our belief that every woman who is passionate about making a difference should have the opportunity to participate in collective philanthropy, regardless of where she is in her financial journey. By investing in women today, we are strengthening the future of philanthropy and the impact we can make together in Southern Indiana.

The Sistership Program is a three-year graduated membership program designed to help members transition to a full annual membership.

Beginning in Year 4, members are expected to make the full $1,000 annual membership contribution.

• Sistership Memberships are available exclusively to first-time Impact100 Southern Indiana members.
• Awards are limited and are based on available funding. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all applicants will receive a Sistership Membership.
• Applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Committee. Applicants will be evaluated based on their demonstrated commitment to the mission of Impact100 Southern Indiana, their desire to actively participate in the organization, and the information provided in their application.
• Recipients will be notified by mid-January.
• Recipients must submit their portion of the annual membership contribution by May 1.
• Sistership Members receive all of the rights, privileges, and expectations of a full Impact100 Southern Indiana membership.
• To respect each recipient’s privacy, the identities of Sistership recipients will remain confidential and will only be shared with the Impact100 Southern Indiana Board of Directors and Scholarship Committee.

To be considered for a Sistership Membership, applicants must:

• Complete the Sistership Program application by December 1.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Impact100 Southern Indiana.
• Commit to participating in the annual grant recipient vote.
• Commit to active involvement in Impact100 Southern Indiana by serving on a committee or volunteering at a minimum of three events each year.
• Meet with an assigned Impact100 Ambassador at least twice annually to build connections, learn more about the organization, and support their membership journey.

• October 1, 2026 – Sistership Application Opens for the 2027 Grant Year
• December 1, 2026 – Application Deadline
• Mid-January 2027 – Recipients Notified
• May 1, 2027 – Recipient Membership Contributions Due
